  I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service on such a serious issue. I bought a couch and love seat from Louis Mohana furniture a few years back and right when the warranty expired I noticed the fake leather-like material bubbling off of the serface of the product. I was contacted by the store and told that they would assist me with the problem but they never followed up with me. The most that they have offered me was 50% off of a WHOLE NEW SET! I cannot afford an entirely new set so this rebate helps me none. In addition, my set is not old enough to have this issue, so buyers beware of the quality of materials when purchasing something that you want to last. Furniture is so marked up anyway these days that 50% off is a deal they give off of their products every day. It was not some huge exception to help me and my family with our faulty product.
